Quality Inn The George Hotel Ballarat

The hotel offers three very stylish and professional spaces in which to hold business events. The recently renovated Herring Room holds anywhere from 60 guests (seated) to 150 (standing). The Herring Function room is also ideal for seminars and conferences and rooms can be arranged based on your needs – whether classroom, theatre style, U shape or boardroom. The adjoining balcony is an ideal place to relax for breaks throughout the day overlooking historic Lydiard Street. The set up for each event is personalised by the hotel’s experienced team. A catering package can be organised to suit your specific needs, and all of the event spaces have natural light and air-conditioning. Necessary audio-visual equipment can also be sourced on your behalf.
