Once your reservation is confirmed, to guarantee your reservation, Econo Lodge reserves the right to charge your credit card for one night plus tax prior to your arrival. This applies even when a guest selects the "Pay at the Hotel" option. If the name on the credit card does not match the arriving guests' name, we require a credit card authorization form to be completed. Likewise, when using a company card that does not have the guest name on it, please obtain a credit card authorization form prior to your arrival. Should your credit card decline, your reservation will be canceled without further notice. Deposits held by credit card will be released within 3-10 business days. Guest must be 21 and older with a valid photo ID to check-in.
