The Lonsdale Room holds up to 40 guests and is suitable for anything from small half-day boardroom meetings, to training sessions or conferences that run for several weeks.
Configurations can easily be arranged to suit boardroom-style meetings, training sessions, interviews or to introduce and display products.
Half day and full day hire is available with day delegate packages designed to suit your requirements which include room hire, catering and continuous drinks throughout your event. Room hire includes individually controlled air conditioning/heating, complimentary high-speed broadband internet access, notepads, pens, mints and iced water through the day, use of whiteboards and TV/video facilities.
Meeting Rooms
If you don’t need a big space, you can also choose to use our in-room meetings to run smaller events and workshops. Meeting room venue hire includes complimentary tea, coffee, iced water, mints, pads and pens. Professional catering is available upon request.
