The hotel does not own the dirt lot behind the hotel. Guest parking needs to be on the paved parking lot only. Vehicles may be towed at the owners expense with no additional notice.
We accept debit and credit cards only. Matching name on the photo ID and debit or credit card is required at check in. Cash is not accepted at check in. All group block and reservations must be made by hotel personnel only. Check in of 3PM MST may result to an Early Check In fee of 20.00 USD. The hotel is only pet-friendly in pet room types. Not all rooms.
The hotel's business date changes at 12:01 AM when Night Audit begins. Do not create reservations for the previous business date after 12:01 AM. Any reservation entered after Audit starts must be for the current business date with a check in time of 3pm or later OR a future date. If a guest requests a reservation for the previous business date after 12:01 AM, the reservation cannot be accepted.
