If booking is created under a guardian name, guardian must be present at the hotel - or must call the hotel to confirm authorization (depending on case to case). Rules and regulations:

• We are unable to accommodate walk-ins. Hotel visitors must purchase and reserve a day pass through OpenTable.

• Lounge reservations may be cancelled through Opentable up to 24 hours in advance.

• No outside food or drinks are allowed.

• Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

• Pets are not allowed on the pool deck.

• Complimentary access is for hotel guests only.

• Pool is operational only during the summer season.
