Additional housekeeping, towels, toiletries and linens can be requested by calling the front desk. As we are not an extended hotel, we will not allow any stays over 7 days at our hotel. We take this precaution to make sure our rooms stay clean. Any reservation over 7 days will be subject to cancellation as we are not an extended stay property.
Please be mindful that cash deposits can only be returned after 930 a.m. when housekeeping report to work. The credit card refund process could take 7-10 business days. All cards are subject to be authorized up to 24 hours before arrival. Any declined credit cards will be treated as a non-guarantee and cancelled, NO EXCEPTIONS.
