Essence Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner and has become a destination to visit in Canberra. The restaurant sources its finest meat cuts from the acclaimed Lost River Produce shop in Dickson, which means every cut of steak and every slice of lamb or pork is sourced from right across the road. The wine sold at Essence Restaurant is also a product of Canberra's nationally renowned cool-climate winemakers. The Tradies is the only Canberra club where local wines are sold exclusively, and the Essence wine list is a rollcall of some of the very best.
