Hotel QUIET HOURS begin at 9:00 p.m. nightly. Noise levels should be at an acceptable level all the time as judged by the Hotels other guests and Hotel Front desk personnel. Front desk personnel will give only one polite request(warning) to keep noise down regarding any noise complaint from any guest room. Receiving a second complaint will result in guests in those rooms being asked to vacant the room within 10 minutes and no refund will be given. Guest Rooms found with waste strewn around, in complete disorder, and/or "trashed" will be subject to maintenance deep cleaning fee. You are liable for any damage howsoever caused (whether by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act) to the room (s), hotel premises or property caused by you or any person in your party whether or not staying at the hotel during your stay.
