The room can accommodate up to 35 delegates in theatre style or 20 in boardroom style and includes use of an overhead data projector and screen as well as free WiFi for all attendees. Other on-site technology and equipment includes a TV screen, stereo system, whiteboard and markers, lectern, flipcharts and photocopier and any additional audio visual requirements can be sourced. The hotel offers a variety of conference packages including catering and complimentary parking is available for 40 cars.
