Econo Lodge™ Savannah Park Tamworth offers a welcoming and comfortable stay in the heart of Australia's Country Music Capital. In a nod to its location, the hotel features a one-of-a-kind guitar-shaped swimming pool, complete with a neck that leads into the water and tiles adorned with the Australian flag.
Nestled on the southern edge of Tamworth and sitting on 15 acres of picturesque lawns and gardens, the hotel has 25 well-appointed, ground-level rooms that provide a peaceful retreat, while still being within easy reach of Tamworth's vibrant CBD. Each room includes a porch area and all the amenities guests need for a comfortable stay, including a microwave, kettle, toaster and refrigerator, a 55-inch smart TV and free wi-fi access.
Pool aside, there are a number of ways to relax here. Guests can enjoy a friendly game of tennis on the court by the pool, take a stroll around the gardens, or make use of the BBQ facilities. Positioned on the same block as the Australia Equine and Livestock Events Centre and Sports Dome, the hotel is also positioned for front-row access to equestrian events and sports competitions.
Other nearby attractions include Tamworth Regional Entertainment and Convention Centre (TRECC), the iconic Big Golden Guitar, the Marsupial Park, and the Australian Country Music Hall of Fame.
