Welcome to Suburban Studios Waterloo! As an extended stay hotel, we're designed for guests staying multiple nights or longer. Please note that we do not offer all of the amenities typically found at traditional transient hotels. Instead, we focus on the essentials for a comfortable extended stay, including in-room kitchenettes, complimentary Wi-Fi, and on-site guest laundry. We appreciate the opportunity to welcome you and look forward to making your stay comfortable. The Front Desk is open Monday thru Friday from 9 AM to 8 PM and Saturday & Sunday from 10 AM to 8 PM. There is a daily 10.00 USD late fee on unpaid balances and a 3.00 USD daily linen fee added to the nightly room charge. There are no rollaway beds at our hotel. 100 percent non-smoking building, smoking in any room you will be fined 250.00 USD.
