Payment & Deposit Policy
To guarantee all reservations, the first night's room and tax are authorized and charged 48 hours prior to arrival. If the payment method is declined, guests will be notified and provided an opportunity to update their payment information. Reservations with an invalid payment method that is not updated at least 24 hours prior to arrival will be cancelled.
A $100 incidental authorization is required at check-in for all reservations. This authorization is fully refundable upon departure, provided there are no damages to the room or additional charges incurred during the stay.
