Attention Work/Construction Crews We require the submittal of a Credit Card Authorization Form for any reservation where the company will be remotely paying for the employees rooms. Pay-at-hotel reservations will be authorized for 1 night's room and tax 24 hours prior to arrival and will be released after all charges paid at check out.
